Terms and conditions

Please read these terms before taking part in the kcuts Grand Lucky Draw 2026.

  1. The kcuts Grand Lucky Draw 2026 (Win a Pair of Air Tickets to Seoul) is organised by KC Group Pte Ltd ("kcuts").
  2. Participation is subject to these terms and conditions. By submitting your entry, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by them.
  3. The Lucky Draw will be conducted at kcuts HQ at 11.30 p.m. on 11 January 2027.
  4. There will be one (1) winner, entitled to the prize of air tickets to Seoul for two (2) persons.
  5. The flight schedule is subject to airline availability and cannot fall on public holidays or school holidays.
  6. Each purchase of one (1) haircut ticket on the kcutsGO app entitles the customer to one (1) Lucky Draw entry.
  7. Participants may submit multiple entries based on separate receipt submissions.
  8. Promotional, discounted and complimentary haircuts are not eligible for Lucky Draw entries.
  9. Participation must be completed on the customer's personal mobile device. kcuts employees are not able to assist if a customer encounters technical difficulties when submitting an entry.
  10. kcuts will not be held responsible for incomplete or unsuccessful submissions.
  11. Entries are submitted exclusively on the kcutsGO mobile application. Only entries submitted through the application will be recognised.
  12. Employees of KC Group Pte Ltd, its related franchises, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  13. Participants confirm that all information provided at the time of entry is accurate. Any misrepresentation will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won.
  14. kcuts will endeavour to hold the Lucky Draw on the advertised date, time, venue and mode (manual). However, kcuts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct the Lucky Draw by another mode if circumstances so require.
  15. Participants will be contacted on the day of the draw via the mobile number or email provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 14 January 2027, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
  16. Winners will receive an official letter to collect their prize. kcuts' decision on the winners is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  17. By entering, each participant agrees that all personal data submitted may be used by kcuts for purposes including communication related to the Lucky Draw, providing goods and services upon request, and any other purposes reasonably deemed appropriate or for which the participant has provided consent.
  18. kcuts may collect, use, disclose and share the participant's personal data, including photographs, audio, video or other recordings ("Material"), for publicity or advertising purposes across all media, in original or edited form, without further notification or compensation. All intellectual property rights in such Material vest solely in kcuts.
  19. Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of kcuts, speak to the press or any other media, nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Lucky Draw.
  20. kcuts and its partners shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death arising in connection with the Lucky Draw.
  21. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. kcuts accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings.
  22. The winner is required to provide full particulars, including their full NRIC, passport or identification number, for verification and audit purposes. The prize must be personally claimed by the winner at the prize presentation event on the date and time provided by kcuts. Prizes not claimed at the event will be forfeited.
  23. kcuts reserves the right to add to, substitute or alter any of the prizes, or to amend these terms and conditions, without prior notice to participants.
